PESHAWAR: National database and registration authority (NADRA) has officially declared new winter working hours of all registration centers within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). These revised times will become effective on November 19, 2025, and apply to regional head offices, zonal offices, and NADRA centers working on five-day schedules and six-day schedules.
Revised Timings for Five-Day Work Week Offices
NADRA offices operating on a five-day schedule will now follow the updated hours as:
- Regional Head Offices & Zonal Offices:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM - NADRA Registration Centers (Single Shift – 5 Days):
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The purpose of these changes is to enhance the efficiency of operations and the enhanced facilitation of services throughout the winter period.
Revised Timings for Six-Day Work Week Offices
For districts in KP where NADRA offices function six days a week, new timings have been set as follows:
- Six-Day Offices in Specific Districts (Two Shifts):
Morning Shift: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM - Six-Day NADRA Registration Centers Outside These Districts (Single Shift):
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
These modifications are aimed at the improved management of growing social demand and the seamless provision of services.
New winter hours of NADRA in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are proposed to improve the convenience of people and service delivery. Having clear schedules of five-day and six-day offices, citizens are advised to plan their visits in order to avoid a delay and get an opportunity to get timely help during the winter season.
