    RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi City Traffic Police registered the greatest number of driving license in the history of issuing driving licenses in one year making 2025 a historic year of providing services to people. As per the official annual report, the highest levels of 1,386,887 residents were provided with licensing services which has never been recorded in the history of the district.

    The authorities indicate that the historic performance represents effective reforms, the growth of facilities, and simplified procedures that have had a great impact on the accessibility to citizens in both urban and rural settings.

    The 2025 report highlights several major milestones:
